I looked up the storage place on the internet, printed the half off coupon, reserved a unit, and went to the storage place i arrived at 1:36 pm on a Saturday. I arrived door was locked so i reconfirmed that the hours were open till 2 pm called their number after being told that my call was important no one answered was not able to leave a message after several minutes of being on hold also i checked to see if anyone was on the lot no one was in site i waited around after about 10-15 minutes i left and i wont be coming back. No customer service was given so i cannot comment on that, as for me i have to have confidence in a business being open during its set hours or place a sign saying i will return in a set amount of time. Things i think they need to improve upon (be open during your set business hours, have at least 2 personnel so that the office is always manned, provide and answer service that i could leave a message). I shouldn't have to print a coupon this was shady to me.
